In recent past, one of my friends asked me about my habit to waking up early in the morning around 6 am and also inquired about benefits about waking up early. An honest admission, I didn’t know the answer at that time. I just knew that I feel good and I can spend my day gracefully if I wake up early and if due to any reason I wake up late then it spoils my day in several ways. But after this incident I tried to dig out psyche behind waking up early in the morning. After digging this further I found that switching from night owl to early riser is a blessing. People who are night owl will surely enjoy comfort and liberty of being so, but believe me that rising early will give you better than staying night owl.
