Anyone in this world will want a fit and shaped body. When it comes to Face Fat or Facial Fat, today’s generation is very particular. No one would like to look ugly with those excessive fat on their cheeks, or having double chin or fatty under eye parts. I too was noticing some extra fact piling on my face for past few months and double chin was more and more visible with time, this was initial symptom of Face Fat. With time i realized that i have to take some extra care and measures to get rid of this evil, otherwise it will destroy look and personality. First I figured out some basic steps to be taken to reduce face fat and then also consulted doctor to get an expert advice, and started my facial exercise regime. After 45 days of time i compared my face with an old picture of mine, and i saw the difference. Hence i though it would be eye opener for others too who are suffering from excessive Fat Face and destroying their god gifted original look. So here we go.
Firstly i learnt that facial fat means fat on your forehead, under eyes, cheeks, chin and neck. Internally facial muscles are connected to bones and skin, so they are directly responsible for our facial expressions. So if you go for facial exercise then you will start observing difference in in your facial fat, and after six to nine months you will find yourself eight to ten years younger. So, here are some exercise to follow for youthful face, starting with each part of the face
Forehead: Put your index finger on your eyebrow, and try to raise your eyebrows and pull down your fingers. This will create tension on your brow ridge (bone above your eyebrow) and reduce fat from there and tone the muscles. Repeat this exercise for 15-20 times.
Eyes and Laugh Lines (Crows Feet): Try this tricky one, bit tough but possible after practice. Try raising your lower eye lid without moving upper eye lid. This exercise may not be possible for some of you by using both eyes. In that case try this exercise for one eye at one time. This will tone tiny muscles below your eye lid and on you laugh lines. Repeat this exercise for 15-20 times.
Cheeks: Push your lips outside and make a kissing pose, by this way your lips will make a round shape. Hold for few seconds and then give a huge smile, again hold for few seconds. Repeat for 15-20 times.
Lips: Do you like sucking lollipop, buy some and suck it hard. Strange! But yes it will tone your lips’ muscles. If you are on diet, use your finger instead of lollipop.
Chin: Do you see double chin on your face? Or never want to see it again? Here is simple exercise you can do daily. Pull your jaw line slight forward such a way that your upper teeth will go backward then lower teeth. Then start moving your jaws up and down like you are biting something with your front teeth. But remember your lower front teeth will be slight forward than upper front teeth in this whole exercise.
Neck: Arch your neck as backward as possible, and repeat the above exercise for Chin for 15-20 times.
These are very helpful exercise tips for reducing Facial Fat, it will definitely reduce fat on your face but as other body parts, face fat too take some time to vanish. If you repeat above exercise 15-20 time in a single cycle and repeat each cycle twice or thrice a day, you will definitely observe difference in your face fat.
