The first and foremost preventive tip for pimple is keeping your face clean. Wash your face twice or thrice a day with plain water. Use face wash and cleanser if you are exposing your skin to sun light and dust. People with oily skin should wash their face more often. Make sure sweat don’t stay on your face for longer. Wash and wipe your face gently if you are sweating or returning office or home from outside.

2. Moisturize your Face

Dry skin results in lack of nutrients in the skin which may expose your skin to other infections and inflammations. It’s not wrong to say that dry skin is more likely to catch the pimples. Pimple care products are often tend to dry your skin. Hence use moisturizers which are not much oily and keep your skin moisturized.

There are two setbacks of putting on make up, firstly it closes your skin pores so your skin can’t breath properly and secondly it often contains harsh chemicals which are not good for your skin. Hence use make up sparingly on certain occasions only.

What you put on your hair directly impacts your facial skin. Certain hair oil with harsh chemicals may spread to the face and especially forehead, which may result in pimples. So always use mild hair oil and hair products.

5. Keep your hands off your face

I have seen several people scratching, rubbing or digging their face or just resting their face on one or both palms. These postures or habits are not skin friendly, it causes bacterial infections and make your skin prone to pimples.

Direct exposure to sunlight causes inflammations and it makes your skin prone to pimples. Certain pimple care products make your skin sensitive to sunlight. So people with problems of pimple or sensitive skin should avoid exposure to direct sunlight.

This is my favorite subject. Having a healthy diet which is friendly to your skin is the best way to protect your skin from pimples or any other problems. Even healthy and skin friendly diet will make your skin look young, healthy, glowing and beautiful.

8. Exercise and Yoga

The gist of the story is proper blood circulation which keeps your skin healthy from inside. Doing exercise or yoga regularly will boost the blood circulation in your body and protect your skin from inflammation or bacterial infections.

9. Stress Free Happy Life

Being happy, keep laughing, and not taking stress or tension is the very important aspect of leading a healthy and happy life. It avoids unnecessary hormonal and chemical changes in your body which are unfavorable for your skin and overall health.
